  • Yes! For items that are sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications. Just enter your name and email or phone number on the product page, and we’ll notify you if that item becomes available again.

  • We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry pouch or jewellery box when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to preserve the shine and finish. (General guidance based on typical jewellery care.)

  • Size guides are available on the product pages (where applicable). If you’re unsure, measure your finger or wrist with a string and match it to the provided sizing chart before ordering. (Standard practice for jewellery sizing.)

  • Gift cards can be entered at checkout as the payment method - just paste the gift card code in the “gift card” field during payment. If you have trouble applying it, contact customer support. (Standard e-commerce gift card procedure.)

  • Popular items and bestsellers are restocked periodically, depending on availability. Signing up for the restock alert on sold-out products ensures you get notified as soon as they are back.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Currently, all returns and exchanges are handled online through our customer service team. We do not offer in-store returns or exchanges.

  • You can request a refund within 2–3 days of receiving your item if it hasn’t been worn or damaged. Email hello@tijaluxe.com to initiate a return. Keep the product in its original condition with packaging and tags. Follow the return instructions we provide.

    Shipping for returns is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.

  • Contact hello@tijaluxe.com to start the exchange. Return the original item unused and undamaged. After inspection, we’ll ship your new product.

    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective.

  • Contact us within 2–3 days at hello@tijaluxe.com. Return shipping will be covered, and we’ll replace or refund your item.
